Simply click the "Get an Estimate" button and fill out the intake form. Let us know which type of service you need, provide some details about your home, if you're interested in any add-ons, and send. We will provide you with an estimate via email within 24 hours.
Once you've reviewed your estimate and we've received your approval, we will reach out if your preferred date is not available and get you scheduled. Once your cleaning appointment is scheduled, we will email you a QuickBooks invoice link to pay a deposit to hold your appointment.
After you've booked a service online, we will reach out to you via email to send you an estimate based off the info provided in your booking. Once you've confirmed the estimate, we will work with you to confirm a booking time if the one you've chose is not available and a QuickBooks Invoice sent via email to pay deposit for held cleaning appointment.
You will get a reminder notification the day before and an hour before your cleaning appointment via email. For best results, we recommend you declutter your home as much as possible prior to your service. This will allow our team to provide a thorough and exceptional cleaning of your home.
Once the cleaning team arrives, they will complete a walk through of the home, make note of what is to be performed, ask and answer any questions, then get to work. Once cleaning is complete, we ask that you complete a thorough walk through, and let us know if you have any concerns that needs to be addressed. If you are not home when cleaning is complete, we ask that the final walk through is done within 24 hours of completed job. We want to be sure that you are satisfied with the end result.
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. In the event that you have a particular equipment that you prefer we use, please let us know in advance.
There is no set amount of time-- as it depends on the size and condition of your home. Each family and home are different, but we are confident with the time estimates we've provided for the different service types.
We make it our goal to assign the same cleaners or at least the same "lead cleaner" to each home- to ensure the comfortability of each client. However this is not always possible.
From experience, we've found an initial deep clean service is almost always necessary to ensure we can meet our standards for the following recurring service. We establish a baseline for future cleanings and use our cleaning system to help maintain your home close to the deep clean state.
If you believe that you do not need a deep clean for your initial cleaning because your home is in good condition, please book a deep clean anyway, and we are happy to adjust the price if and when necessary. Please review the deep cleaning checklist to see if you'd benefit from a true deep clean.
No, it is not necessary to be home or at the property during the cleaning service appointment. However, there must be a detailed explanation of how the cleaners will enter the property.
If you will not be home during the cleaning, we ask that you provide us with clear communication in advance regarding the agreed cleaning areas and any changes to cleaning agreement, or any concerns you may have.
We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with proper treatment of cats, dogs, and other pets. However, we ask that if possible, please keep your pets in an area that allows for the cleaning team to clean as efficiently as possible.
Yes we are! To obtain a copy of our Certificate of Insurance, please include the request when you submit an estimate.
The primary reason is for scheduling purposes. We have held appointments in the past, only for last minute cancellations to take place and we did not require a deposit. We're a small family business and losing an appointment last minute has a significant impact when running our business.
You will be charged once cleaning is complete. We're happy to email you an invoice via QuickBooks in which you can directly pay it. We also accept Cash, Checks, Zelle or Venmo, as we understand these may be easier means of payment for many clients. Please let us know which payment method works best for you in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
For Initial Deep Cleaning services, one time Deep Cleans, Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning services, we ask that cancellations are made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of deposit. Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded their deposit.
For recurring service appointments, we ask you provide at least 48 hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule service. If we're able to reschedule your cleaning within the same week, there will be no fee applied. If we are unable to get you reschedule within the same week, there will be a $50 cancellation fee applied.
